Shipping & Receiving Position - Powell/Delaware A growth minded, integrity focused small business who values faith and family is looking for a Shipping & Receiving person for a local distribution business with competitive compensation. This positive self-starter must be flexible enough to cover a broad range of shipping, receiving, warehousing that may come up in the day. We are looking for an energetic, relationship-minded professional with the ability to work independently, create a plan, schedule and accomplish tasks with excellence. A great attitude and the ability to work well with everyone are mission critical! Responsibilities • Receive boxes into warehouse and check product against the packing slip • Package outgoing small packages using FedEx & UPS software • Label and stock incoming inventory • Work closely with Purchasing, Customer Service, Sales & Production Required Skills • Self-motivated, energetic, self-starter • Relationship skills - humility, respect, service, encouragement, love • Desire & ability to learn new things and grow your capabilities as the business grows • Detail oriented • Ability to move lift and move around small to mid-sized packages • Ability to Type on a keyboard • No experience necessary, but is a plus About Genesis Automation & Signaworks: A privately owned business founded in 1995 offers industrial electrical controls & industrial signaling products across the country.
