landscape and building maintenance P/T year round

I have 5 properties and need help with the landscape maintenance on a regular basis, and occassional help with light building maintenance. This is for part time work, year round, Varies from 10 to 20 hours a week. We work on a different property ever week so each gets hit once a month LANDSCAPE WORK Primary landscape duties needed are weed control (pulling and spraying) and checking irrigation (make sure emitters aren't missing or plugged). Some light pruning of bushes (not all, many are left to grow naturally). Occassional landscape work is pruning of trees and spreading mulch. No mowing or weedwhacker, that is done by a neighbor. BUILDING MAINTENANCE 4 of the properties are rentals so sometimes I need help prepping a unit at a tenant transition. Dump runs, painting, etc Sometimes exterior work like patching and painting, repairing a fence. Pay depends on experience. If you are inexperienced I can teach. Open to high school and older. Must have transportation, be reliable, be able to follow instructions and stay off the phone while working. If you live in Morro Bay, North County or Nipomo/Santa Maria, I can not pay extra for your gas and travel time. Prefer someone in the SLO to 5 cities area. I CAN START YOU RIGHT AWAY!!!!
