Kittens in need of a foster !! ASAP

I have 3 kittens in desperate need of a foster ! They look to be 3-4 weeks old, we found them crying under our shed. Waited all day for mom and she never came back ! Poor babies have kind of pus in there eyes. They need to be bottle feed and help using potty ! Ive tryed feeding them the one female eats a bunch while the grey males barely eat :( they need to also see a vet and at this time i cant afford 3 vet bills.i cannot keep them unfortunately as if im honest i dont know if im doing anything right myself and my landlord only allows 1 pet and i already have a dog. Please only message me if you have good intentions of fostering and find these babies homes ! Do not contact me if you dont have experience with kittens this young, or if you just wanna flip them for a quick buck ! Ive tryed contacting shelters and cat rescues but non answer the phone and i dont want them to go to a kill shelter ! Im not asking a fee but i will ask questions and may require experience proof of fostering dogs/cats ! Can be reached at
