Responsibilities and Qualifications: The apartment maintenance staff is responsible for completing all service requests at the direction of the maintenance supervisor or property manager. Walk the grounds and common interior areas daily, removing litter and debris from lawns, planting beds, parking areas, sidewalks, ramps, and indoor spaces.
