Duties may include, but are not limited to: Basic knowledge of general maintenance repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.) Basic knowledge of equipment and tools used to perform general maintenance repairs Ability to work efficiently to complete maintenance work orders in a timely manner. Attention to detail (cleaning, painting, carpentry, etc) Ability to manage daily tasks and be willing to be flexible if urgent repairs are needed Snow removal when needed (shoveling, spreading salt, chopping ice) Picking up garbage from properties Good customer service skills and professional demeanor Ability to lift at least 50 pounds, climb stairs and ladders, and not afraid to get "hands dirty" Luggage assistant when needed Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong work ethic; honest and trustworthy Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Tolerance and sensitivity to a diverse population of employees and guests Excellent communication skills both written and oral Enthusiastic, Friendly and have a positive attitude! This is part time-position, hourly position
