This Dog was Found By Alyssa Perez At The Vance Apts On 11539 Huebner Rd..78230 Please Share. Found a stray, dumped, or lost dog - skin and bones - with no collar at the apartment complex, The Vance on Huebner Oaks. Put the bandana on him as a make shift collar. Very, very beautiful and sweet! Sweet with me (a woman) and the man who found him, as well as the two pit bulls present at the time. Checked at the vet but he doesn't have a microchip. No signs of communicable illness (scabs, hair loss, draining eyes or nose) but so skinny you can see his hips ): He is presumably around 5 months old and not fixed. EDIT: Not potty trained❤️
