I'm doing in patient rehab for an injury at christus trinity rehab in Tyler. I'm just offering to pay someone to buy and pick up 4 packs of 305 cigarettes for me. I will zelle you the cost of the cigarettes plus $30. I have $10 cash, so if you need that too, all yours. Pretty sure there's a gas station or CVS right around the corner. Only doing this because I'm new from MN and don't know anyone here.
