We are looking for an ethical, reliable, experienced HVAC service technician to join our amazing team. WE ARE OFFERING A $1,500 SIGNING BONUS!! Sr. Service Technician/Field Supervisor Duties: Leadership · Provide direction and leadership for the service team. · Promote a positive image of the company. · Enforce ethical business practices. · Oversee daily service operations of the company. · Assist in resolving customer concerns. · Participate in service department meetings. · Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Sales & Service · Conduct on-site estimates for installation of new equipment. · Write proposals and communicate with customers. · Administer sales training and provide applicable materials to service technicians. · Monitor and follow-up on high priority accounts. - Perform in-field service work (run service demand calls, oversee light commercial customers, etc.). - Provide trouble-shooting support to other technicians. · Actively participate in dispatch, warranty, and parts installation process and scheduling. - Participate in on-call rotation every three weeks (weekday evenings until 9P, weekends 7A-9P). Job Requirements - 3-5 years’ HVAC experience - Experience with DESCO a plus but not required. - Be a team player that demonstrates responsibility and leadership. - Professional appearance with outstanding customer service skills. - MUST PASS A DRUG TEST & BACKGROUND CHECK. - MUST HAVE CLEAN DRIVING RECORD.
