Hi my name is Weber i am a 2 year old male black/white border collie weight 55 pounds. I'm a lap dog at heart! I Was found tied up to a tree in a parking lot. I was just sitting there tied up praying someone would help me. They brought me to the shelter. Weber went out to the yard recently and soaked up some much needed attention! and play! He chased a ball then came to handler for petting. Weber even climbed on handler's lap and leaned into petting, his favorite was having his hind end scratched!
