City Services: City Hall and Municipal City Services Center will be closed Thursday and Friday. Libraries: All libraries will be closed Thursday and Friday. Post Office: Closed Friday. Solid Waste Management: Friday customers will be collected Sat., Dec. 26. Recreation Centers and Pools: All recreation centers and pools will be closed Thursday and Friday.
