Bathroom lights dont work and......

We are a restaurant located in Manayunk and we have 2 bathrooms. I came in this morning and the breaker was tripped. I turned it on, and one bathroom still does not light. There is a motion detector switch that turns it on when you walk in but nothing..... So we also have one toilet that got clogged so we unclogged it but I still think it needs a quick snake or something. It flushes but I don't think all the way. I am looking for having these things fixed ASAP. The guy I normally call for things cant get here today so it is your lucky day!!!! Reply with a cell.
