70something home/lot owner in Garden City retirement community seeking very part time yard care helper. Guy or Gal, but must have a strong back for landscape maintenance work. Competitive pay plus flexible work hours. Do not need a vehicle or tools. Do need references. Work ranges from digging out tree stump, laying down weed cloth, mowing lawn, etc. Mostly organic practices, including some planting and weeding. Position available now and would prefer limited availability on into summer and fall.
