Closets by Design will be adding additional staff members to our cabinet production department. Our ideal candidate is a motivated, hardworking individual who is ready to learn and excel at new tasks. Job Responsibilities You will be trained to produce quality custom cabinet components. Learn company product lines, machinery, assembly and finishing standards. Follow established quality and safety standards. Personal Requirements Attitude and hustle are incredibly valuable in this setting. Experience with woodworking equipment, large machines or hand tools a plus, but not required. Ability to understand simple math, including fractions and read a tape measure. Quality minded and Reliable. This is an immediate, full-time opportunity for the right individuals. $1000 sign on bonus with high starting pay!
