We are hiring a versatile Warehouse Lead and a Warehouse Person for immediate needs. These positions are more than warehouse work and will require the candidates to be versatile and flexible with a moment's notice. Must be able to drive a forklift Must be able to drive a standard transmission F650 Must have a valid TX Class C License Must have proven experience in warehousing and distribution Must be able to take direction and work efficiently, under pressure while keeping detailed records Good project management skills, including strong decision-making, problem-solving and strategic planning abilities Exceptional time management and organization skills In-depth understanding of industry and company best practices for the warehouse Familarity inventory control practices and logistics Comfortable using inventory management software and other organizational computer applications Physical strength, stamina and the ability to walk or stand for long periods of time This job involves everything from pulling orders, to building crates, to performing building maintenance to picking up and delivering materials. I need someone who is willing to work and can take ownership of their job. We are a small team and require that members wear many hats throughout the day. Overtime does happen, though we try to keep it to a minimum. However, I may ask that you work late, come in early or work a few Saturdays with little or no notice. When OT is needed, it is mandatory.
