Shared Rehearsal Space Available

I have a large room at Southwest Studios off of West Belfort. My room-mate left and so I'm looking to get someone else in if possible. I rarely use the room, but would like to hang onto it if I can find some folks looking to share the $400/month rent. If interested, let me know. I need to either be out or re-new by the 15th. It has a basic drum kit, small PA (unless I'm using it for a gig), and bass rig.
