Outdoor maintenance position for building and grounds. Flexible hours. Most work can be performed in evenings or weekends except for customer emergencies. Number of hours varies per month between 10 and 20. -Assist in occasional customer emergencies -Inventory check, security rounds -Cleaning storage units (sweep unit, grease doors, replace door gasket if needed, etc.) -Occasional haul away of items left in unit -Maintaining general appearance of the buildings and property -Metal roof inspection -Light roof repair such as replacing loose screws and troubleshooting leaks -On rare occasion: painting, concrete patch, power washing, minor fence repairs Requirements: Valid driver's license Basic knowledge and maintenance experience Must be in good physical condition, able to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, etc. Ability to respond to occasional evening or weekend emergencies. Must be safety-minded and have good safety habits Friendly with customers Watchful and observant for security purposes Spanish-speakers welcomed. Must be able to converse easily in English.
