Looking for someone reliable, licensed, and insured to help with random jobs. I have recently moved into a 90 year old house. A lot of things have been updated but there are still some odds and ends I need help with. For example: - fixing doors so they close properly - installing ring doorbell - changing screen door to open on opposite side. - installing smart lock - hanging curtains, floating shelves, and art on plaster walls - putting together a chicken coop kit - and other things as I find them Outside needs: - grading the backyard: its got a lot of random dips and bumps. The ground is also too close to the house siding on one side - getting rid of Ivy, poison ivy and virginia creeper - ideas for dealing with half sun and half shade yard - maybe dealing with a few dead limbs Please contact if you are available in the next month or two and have references to provide.
