Metal Formers, Inc. is a family owned business looking to hire a FULL TIME General Manager to further expand and oversee the distribution of metal supplies for both residential and commercial roofing. We are located in Mt. Juliet, TN and service customers not only in the greater middle Tennessee area, but in some surrounding states as well. Our employees are our greatest assets and we need someone to become a vital member of our growing team. Requirements -Ability to pass a drug test -Minimum of High School Diploma or GED required -Must be able to pay attention to detail -Must be reliable, dependable, punctual, and show exceptional team building skills -Ability to lift at least 75+ pounds -Prepare orders and meet required deadlines -Keep up with inventory -Maintain a clean and safe work environment -Possess strong leadership skills and ability to manage others -Knowledge and skills in hiring Experience -2+ years customer service experience -2+ years in a leadership/supervisory role Benefits -Mondays-Fridays, no weekends -Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance available -Salary Pay – Amount discussed during interview and depending on experience and knowledge -Paid holidays, up to 2 weeks paid vacation time, and 5 paid sick days This position will require working with our shop fabricators and handling various metal materials.
