HARDWOOD REFINISHING NEEDED! PAINTING NEEDED!

We are soon expecting to get possession of our home in Eastpointe, and we need to have the hardwood flooring refinished. The areas that need to be done are the Living Room, Dining room, hallway, 3 bedrooms with closets, and part of the kitchen area. The house is over 1300 sq. ft. And I am guessing that the area to be refinished, let's base it on 1100 sq ft. I am looking for a quote from whomever responds to this ad as I understand this type of work is quoted by the square foot. Please provide at least your first name and Phone Number to call you back and discuss the work. I would like to save a lot of time and discussion over the phone so as to only have to call 3 people back to discuss this project with and commit this job to one of the 3 people. Please provide what you would charge us to finish our floors based on 1100 square feet? Please state how much time this will take in the number of days to complete and how long we must stay off the floor? Please let me know what type of finish that you use and how many coats you will provide? Do you guarantee your work? What is your warranty, if any?
