I have single story home that needs to be washed. It cannot be pressure washed and instead must be washed by hand with sponges, a mop, bucket, and garden hose. This is because of some construction issues on this older manufactured home. I can supply the ladder and one mop and bucket. Let me know if you are interested and what your hourly rate would be.
