My trailer was hauled away without rightful permission on May 5th. Just so that you're fully aware that was theft. Dwayne swezey, the person who runs KC Trailers in hwy 99, was not legally able to give you permission. My rent is only past due on the 6th. However Mr. Sweezy recently accepted payment for 3 additional months. That means I'm good until August 2021,Therefore my trailer and my junk were within legal bounds. I have a pending appointment in renter/landlord court on the 11th of May. I'm trying to resolve the endless harassment he's been inflicting. On the 20th of last month he cut the plug in to my trailer, destroying a huge outside full freezer and refrigerator of food. Recently the Eugene city code inspectors shut down his illegal trailer court. Everyone was paying him approximately $500 per trailer per month nearly $2,000 in rent each month for the trailers. Everyone currently living in a trailer in that parking lot had to leave. They said the trailers could stay but we could not occupy them. I was following the city code inspectors orders. I wasn't allowed to stay in it as of the 4th. Mr. Swezey had no authority to give or sell my trailer, which is registered to me. I asked him where it was and he claimed it was stolen. So this is your notice. I'm reporting my trailer as stolen as of may 5th to the Eugene city police dept. I have a description of your vehicle and lic plate number. Maybe you didn't steal it and swezey isn't being truthful. But I have to go by what he claims. He was on the property when you took it.
