Construction Coordinator: Will need to manage 20 + jobs (mixed underground/aerial), be independent and effective in this dept. We need someone that can handle obstacles as they arise, close jobs out effectively, strong communications skills, oversee our crews and balance out the work flow among in-house/subcontractors. Other task will be given as needed. Experience: Boring, Trenching, Pulling Fiber, Placement of new poles, Strand/lash, reading prints, trouble shooting problems. Requirements: Computer experience (Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook, Workzone, etc.), Valid driver license, Bilingual a plus, Communication Skills, Problem-solving, Customer Service with customers/crew members/ subcontractors, Time Management, Organized, Reading maps and scopes of work. Pay Rate starts at $50,000 DOE + commission, health benefits, paid vacation, home buyers program and much more. Warehouse Driver: Driving to different yards to pick up material and bring it back to our yard for staging. Staging material per job for crews to pick up. Help around the yard as needed when not driving or staging. Experience: Driving truck and trailer and/or extra large truck. Weight restriction knowledge. Requirements: Driver License a must, securing weight on trailer and/or truck. Pay Rate starts at $33,000 DOE + commission, health benefits, paid vacation, home buyers program and much more. Mechanic Assistant: Repairing truck, trailers and bore machines. Oil Changes, brakes, changing fuse, etc. Experience: must have knowledge of working on varies vehicles and possible machines. Bore machines a plus. Pay Rate starts at $30,000 DOE + commission, health benefits, paid vacation, home buyers program and much more.
