Pay $20-25 hour Depending on Experience Full-time or Part-time; flexiable schedule We can keep you busy EVERYDAY. Hotel engineer, commercial and retail maintenance welcomed to apply! Responsibilities: Apartment turnover/make-ready. Experience with residential plumbing, electrical, hardware installation, painting, troubleshooting/repairs and other general maintenance required. Grounds keeping work during downtime or as needed. Requirements: 5 Years’ experience as an Apartment Maintenance/Handyman strongly desired. Basic Tools. Team-player. Speak English and Spanish.
