Justrite Safety Group Manufacturing Support Associate FULL-TIME $15.50/hr 16228 Flight Path Dr, Brooksville, FL 34604 Perform printing, cutting, laminating, and finishing tasks within a manufacturing value stream. Mon - Fri: 215pm - 1115pm Duties include: - Setting up and printing jobs on printers - Operating liquid lamination machines to apply coating to signs and sheets. - Operating roll-to-roll lamination equipment. - Operating cutting equipment to convert sheets to finished product (signs, tags, labels, banners). - Perform finishing operations for signs, tags, labels, and banners. This includes operation of drill-press, round-cornering machine, hole-punch, press brake, and other finishing equipment. - Performing startup, shutdown, cleaning, and daily maintenance on printing, cutting, lamination, and finishing equipment. - Performing put away of finished product for shipping and/or inventory. - Preparing packages and pallets for shipment. - Utilizing the electronic list of work orders to read & understand item specifications, job priorities, and daily workload. - Help to maintain raw material inventory levels. - Maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy throughout all work processes. - Reporting machinery status and/or problems to supervisor. - Removing waste and cut down scrap materials at end of shift. - Ensuring work area is kept neat and clean. - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Learn and apply LEAN and 5S tools. - Training and become sufficient at all work processes within the cell. - Cross-train in other areas of production/shipping.
