What You Bring to The Table These are the personal attributes that will lead to your success: • Positive Attitude – You are dedicated, focused, gracious with a can-do attitude • Skilled – You are an experienced professional in construction and home repairs • Efficient – You know what needs to be done and can work swiftly and efficiently to do it with little to no supervision • Dependable – You are hardworking, reliable, professional, and conscientious What You Can Expect Day-to-Day While responsibilities may vary day-to-day, the core job duties include: • Painting • Install appliances • Change faucets, install toilets, replace sprinkler valves, etc. • Replace outlets, install GFI's, troubleshoot basic repairs • Laminate Floor Installation • Baseboard Installation What it Takes The most successful Handyman is committed to their craft and strives to ensure they are continually sharpening their skills and increasing their knowledge. Minimum Required: • 3+ years of professional/relevant experience (no exceptions) • Valid Driver's License • Personal transportation • Ability to follow safety practices, policies, and procedures • Detail-focused with excellent communication skills • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with little or no supervision as well as a part of a team • Physically able to do the assigned jobs (must be able to lift 40lbs+) OUR COMPANY – Our Promise to You We care about your success!
