Shift Hours: • Friday 8pm – 2am • Saturday 4:30pm – 1:00am • Sunday 2:30 pm - 10pm Qualifications: • Must be 18 years old • Committed and Reliable • Polite and courteous with staff, tenants, and guests • Critical thinking and basic troubleshooting skills. • Ability to perform various custodial duties and basic computer skills • Ability to work overtime, holidays, evenings, or weekends as assigned to meet operational needs. • Ability to recognize when areas are adequately neat and clean. Tasks Include: • Sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing floors • Discarding trash in waste bins • Provide friendly and respectful customer service • Accept cash, credit, and debit payments • Assist in the maintenance and repair of parking equipment • Perform daily patrols and issue violation warnings to tenants and visitors that violate garage policies. • Immediately report any accidents or incidents to Manager • Employee must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations
