Newrock Homes is looking to fill a Construction Assistant/Warranty/Punch-list position.
This person will act as an assistant to the Project Managers at Newrock Homes.

Traits required:
- Problem solver with great communication skills
- Self-managing, but still able to take direction
- Have worked in construction and enjoy handy work
- Enjoy working alone
- Enjoy working with customers, contractors, and co-workers
- Able to collaborate with project managers, contractors, and customers
- Must represent Newrock with knowledge and courtesy
- Punctual
Skills required:
- Painting / touch-up painting / caulking
- Drywall /drywall patching
- Finish carpentry / small scale finish projects
- Knowledge of construction and construction supplies
- Knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical
- Able to lift/move items in excess of 50lbs
- Able to drive to all surrounding counties
- Schedule and maintain appointments
- iPhone/smartphone communication (constantly)
Additional requirements:
- Valid WA State driver’s license
Schedule:
- Full time (40 hours per week)
- Monday through Friday (generally 8am-5pm)
- Pay is negotiable depending on experience
