We are seeking ground maintenance, landscaping and janitorial staff for a full-time seasonal opportunity with a local County Department. This is a 6 to 9 month opportunity. Returning employees take a 3 month break and return back to work. We offer yearly pay increases for return employees!! Job duties include but not limited to: Hand and small tractor mowing around County buildings and other turf areas around the county. Turf maintenance also includes edging with walk-behind and hand-held stick edger, raking up debris/grass clippings and some lawn renovation (based on ability). Litter pickup Maintain facilities such as restrooms, and bathhouses by sweeping floors and scrubbing walls, ceilings and sanitary fixtures, filling paper and soap dispensers; changing light bulbs, and clearing the facilities of litter and garbage. Maintain adequate inventory of supplies, equipment required for ongoing activities and special projects. Perform other duties as may be necessary to maintain and improve the appearance and quality of Clark County grounds.
