This is willow. She’s 9 months old (born July 25th, 2021) and she suffers from Ehlers-Danlos syndrome. She also has hip dysplasia and a cute little over bite so she needs wet food as well as dry food. Unfortunately with all of her medical conditions it’s very costly and my family is struggling financially. I think it’s super important that she lives her best long and happy kitty life but I don’t think she could have that here. She’s the sweetest little thing, super playful and loves cuddles. Because of her skin condition, she often get cysts and also has hair loss that comes off in patches. She needs to wear her sweaters because her skin is so fragile, any minor cut she may put on herself can turn into a very fatal wound. She’s a very happy girl and doesn’t like other animals. She can stand to be around cats but dogs is an absolute no. I’m willing to give her up with all of her toys and cat tree that she loves dearly. She’s strictly an indoor cat but likes to go out on the leash sometimes. This is an extremely hard decision for me considering she acts as my emotional support animal but someone with more experience, knowledge, and wealth could give her a better life. I’m looking to give her to someone who is either a veterinarian themselves or is wealthy enough to afford a vet and take care of her expenses without worry. I’ve thought about starting a go fund me but don’t have hope many people will donate. I will only accept serious inquiries and would like to meet a few times with her before I give her up just so she can get used to whomever is willing to take her in.
