Tentative Location is 1201 La Tijera Blvd, Inglewood 90302 11am - 12pm Yoga Workshop - FREE Event description: Life starts with the breath, and so does our class. Taught by a certified Original Yoga System Teacher & Therapists all around the world, Yoga Academy has branches from from London to Cairo, Australia to Asia. The techniques shown in these classes are effective tools to improve the control over the muscle groups, breath, emotions, mind, intellect, ego, and the discovery of the self. Techniques are universal, simple and affective as it is from the original sources without the alterations of traditions, cultures, beliefs, or ego. The techniques in the system works naturally under the guidance of the Great Yoga Master Paramahamsa Yogacharya Maha Yogi who studied in the direct line of Maha Yogi Patanjali in the Himalayas. You do not need to have flexibility or strength. This class applies to all ages and is beneficial to all levels of health. You can wear a comfortable seasonal clothing, grab your mat/blanket for the deep relaxation, water, and come. Let's meet up and apply the Original Yoga System!
