Roofing Job - accepting bids

I am a contractor but I do not do roofs. There are two jobs I am looking to have done. First one is a large wood "barn" with an old asphalt roof that is 30 years old. Just need a very economical quote to roof over the old one. Gutters are good. The job can be done on weekends. Photo attached. Second job is my house which I have a shake roof and although I would like to go with shake again it will be too expensive. I do not want an asphalt roof as it will be too high. Looking for a skilled roofer who can install decra or a similar product. - prefer to pay per hour Cheers, Boss
