Seeking SEWING STUDIO

Hi, I'm looking for a space to rent to SEW my upcycled clothing which I sell online. An office space, studio, extra room, nice shed, barn, etc. I'm a traveling seamstress doing Van Life, and I find places to rent and sew. I've been at my current studio in Eureka for a year, but am leaving end of May. To be clear, I am NOT looking to live in the space. I have a small set up with a small machine, iron, table, and a few containers of fabric. I have a few small things I'm selling on eBay as well. I would be sewing, photographing clothes and wrapping shipping in the studio. Any space that is clean and dry with electricity and light would work. I have a medium size female shepherd dog who I would like to come in with me. She just lays down and waits for mommy to work and take her on the next walk. She is trained and doesn't bark. I can rent a place without her coming in, but I wouldn't be able to work as much because she can only wait so long in the van (which she is trained to do). I can pay a fair rate, on time, with a deposit and a written lease (preferably month to month). Arcata is preferred, but other areas around are possible too. My name is Julia.
