Looking to Make Bay Area Metal Band

Hi I'm a guitarist in my 20's looking for a drummer, bassist and vocalist to complete a heavy/thrash metal band like Anthrax, Exodus, Motorhead, Sabbath etc. I got a nice free room with a drum set, bass amp, PA, recording gear, couch, beer, so all I need is musicians who want to make a career in writing/releasing great music and touring as much as possible. People in their 20's as am I. Below is a Soundcloud and Instagram of my playing but the Soundcloud demo is more of the style of music I want to lean towards.
