Office Assistant/Marketing and sales for interior design, construction and facility maintenance company part time/Full time. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. From scheduling client meetings, responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner, pick up supplies, etc. Responsibilities: • Answer phones and direct calls with a positive attitude and an energetic work ethic. • Assist in handling office requests. • Experienced in or good organizing skills. Qualifications: • Great presentation, business casual. • Marketing, sales, experience is a plus. • Need to have experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work. • Bilingual Spanish 50% (not required) / English 100%. • have reliable transportation with insurance (will pay mileage) • Interior design/ decorating skills is a plus (Not required). College students OK. You'll be working 2 - 5 day a week. (Schedule can be arrange). Payment depends on experience. From $15.00 to $20.00 p/h, option for commission.
