We are looking to recruit enthusiastic individuals that can supervise (Canvass Team Lead) a small team of employees (Canvassers) within assigned housing areas to generate appointments for our energy consultants. The company will provide the CTL with a company vehicle (per team of 4/5) to be able to travel while in the field; as well as a device to set appointments, hands-on training, a company gas card. As a CTL, you will assist with recruiting/building your team, be the only approved individual to operate the company vehicle, ability to communicate with comprehension, while providing continuous training and coaching to the team of canvassers.
