Need 2 professional movers

I need 2 experienced movers today in Scottsdale between 11 and 12ish. I will pay 20 an hr cash plus tips. There will be 3 of us on the job. We are packing up the kitchen and loading/unloading. Should be around 4 hours give or take. I would need guys that can finish the job even if it takes 6-8 hours. I don’t anticipate this but I don’t want guys saying “ohh I gotta go, I made poopies in my underwear” at the 4 hour mark. I want experienced guys. People that have their own equipment to contribute. (Dollies, pads, tools etc.) will get first priority. Please TEXT because I get a lot of inquiries. People that call and don’t text get last priority as they have shown they aren’t good at following directions. I would like guys that are able to get to the job and have their own transportation.
