Job description for our Production Associate Must have: Basic math skills Ability to visually inspect fabrics, tell difference between fabrics etc Ability to lift 30+ pounds without assistance Standing 95% of work day Frequent bending / repetitive motion Availability / interest in additional or flex hours during peak periods Strong ability to work as an individual once trained without direct supervision Good communication / can work in pairs as well, follow direction Willingness to train on new / multiple things Attention to detail, ability to multitask Computer literate is ideal Ability to read/write/speak English fluently Duties: >Maintenance of machinery (includes cleaning of machine and area) >Weekly fabric and materials inventory > Processing jobs on calendar machine with correct parameters (loading fabric and paper onto machine) & marking accordingly > Help with cut & spread workflow > Communicate needs to finish job with necessary supervisor (printing, cutting) OUR MISSION: Our mission is to design and manufacture impactful company-branded apparel and niche fashion products.
