Rebuild shed

I have a fairly good size shed approximately 12 x 16 width 8 foot walls and gable roof. My dilemma is this shed is grandfathered in so if I tear it down I cannot replace. The original builder said it on the ground and it appears they used no floor joists They just laid OSB on the ground. The rim has rotted so I need to fix from the bottom up. Let me know if you’re interested, I’m certain you need to come look at it to get any idea of what it would need
