Need help setting up pool ladder

I purchased a pool ladder and it's already built, but I can't get it attached safely to my above ground pool. I would like someone to let me know how much they would charge to install this ladder please. I don't have a lot of money to put into this, I'm pregnant so unable to do it myself, and my kids want to swim but our other ladder put a hole in the pool that I already repaired myself.
