Evergreen is hiring for the 2022 spring, summer, and fall season! If you like to work with an amazing team of people then Evergreen might be the place for you! We are looking to hire all positions listed below. Lawn Mowing Crew Foreman: Responsibilities include being able to drive and back up a truck and trailer. Ability to use a riding, standing, and walk behind mower. Using a trimmer up against buildings and rock beds without causing damage. Being able to set a good pace and do a great job. Yard cleanups and other small landscape projects will be periodic throughout the season. Other responsibilities are being able to figure out what mowers to use on specific lawns. Keeping the crew on track throughout the day to get the jobs done in a timely manner. Filling up with fuel before you head out for the day. Being responsible for all equipment on the trailer as well as the work truck. General Crew Members: Responsibilities include using a riding, standing, and walk behind mower. Using a trimmer up against buildings and rock beds without causing damage. Being able to set a good pace and do a good job. Yard cleanups and other small landscape projects will be periodic throughout the season. All of these positions required you to have a driver's license with a clean driving record and a smart phone with a data plan. All these jobs will go from May to October. All positions are full time, 40 hour weeks. For our regular moving season, we do 4-10 hour days, unless weather permits. All positions will be asked to work weekends if the weather is bad during the week so we do not fall behind. Experience is preferred but not required, as we are willing to train the right person. Starting at $22/hr. If you stay with us through the whole season, May-Oct, there will be a generous bonus.
