From The JAX Chamber: July 31, 2020 Millennium Physician Group (MPG) is now offering Rapid COVID-19 testing throughout northeast Florida either at your place of business or at their primary care offices. Be proactive by keeping your staff safe with MPG onsite testing; if you have an office staff of 10 or more, an MPG clinician will come to your location to test your employees. Tests are considered self-pay and cost only $150/person. Call our dedicated COVID Response Coordinator, Cristy Coste at 904-329-7673or email her at [email protected] to set up your testing site. Patients who feel sick can always connect directly with a Provider via Telehealth by calling our direct COVID Response number: 904-329-7673. Once a patient is triaged and the Provider feels a COVID-19 test is needed, the patient can then drive up to one of our local testing sites to be tested without having to leave their car. The test results are returned within 20 minutes. During the COVID-19 pandemic, patients are more wary about office visits, which is why Telehealth and testing onsite curbside is a perfect option to staying safe. You don't have to be a Millennium patient to be tested.
