Warehouse Support-Second Shift (3:00PM-11:30PM) No Weekends! Minimum Salary: $16.00 per hour Role Description: • Keep track of product in the warehouse that is over 90 days old and notify appropriate employee • Accurately pick IT equipment • Scan and create stock transfers and BOLs • Update locations of inventory using company software • Keep track of inventory as it moves between departments • Sort and separate miscellaneous items such as adapters, keyboards, and LCDs Working Environment: • Warehouse temperatures can vary widely based upon local weather conditions, and may occasionally exceed 90 degrees • Should be open to extra hours, such as weekly overtime, in a fast-paced environment • Moderate noise levels throughout the day • Help maintain a clean and organized work space Requirements: Skills • Experience using basic computer software • Basic math skills to count IT equipment with speed and accuracy • Must be able to multi-task and have good decision-making skills • Must be able to work with minimal supervision • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Physical • Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation • Must be able to work 8 hour shifts while performing the duties of the job • Must be able to regularly bend, twist, and reach • Use a pallet jack to move IT equipment from dock to workstation • Must be able to handle IT equipment by reading and identifying serial printed letters, numbers, symbols, and model information with a small font size Personal Skills • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to use common sense when performing job tasks • Must be able to work well with others and perform in a teamwork environment • Ability to work at a steady and quick pace • Must be able to meet or exceed production goals, follow procedures, and adhere to quality requirements In addition to exciting work at a growing company, we offer the following benefits: • Voluntary Insurance Plans • Paid holidays • 401k Plan • Full Health Insurance • Employee discount • Performance-based pay High school diploma or equivalent, IT or relevant electronic experience, forklift certified/willingness to obtain certification, and/or knowledge of shrink wrap use are preferred but not required.
