Description
$15 Per hour, flexible schedule
Some of the duties to include:
work with CEO in assisting with his real estate business
managing and scheduling meetings/appointments for family office and CEO
organizing events/schedules
call real estate brokers and sellers regarding potential acquistions
research various real estate markets
handle travel arrangements when necessary
Ordering supplies and materials
Working with contractors, insurance agents, attorneys, accountants and being the point of contact
Observing best business practices and etiquette
pay expenses, update real estate schedules
Requirements:
Follows instructions clesarly and accurately within a timely fashion
Exceptional Interpersonal skils
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Appointment setting, Outlook and computer technology
Ability to manage internal and external correspondence
Likes children and pets
Enthusiastic, motivated and positve
reliable transportation
