General Labor Job Summary Gingrich Memorials is seeking a skilled, reliable general laborer to join our growing company. In this position, you will be responsible for digging and pouring concrete foundations and installing monuments in area cemeteries. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential. General Labor Duties and Responsibilities • Load tools and equipment for the day’s work • Willing to learn how to use forklift, knuckleboom crane, mini excavator and concrete truck • Follow instructions from shop foreman • Consult and read orders describing work needed • Meet with cemetery officials for placement General Labor Requirements and Qualifications • Current Driver’s license • Must be 18 years of age • Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 75 pounds • Must be able to pass DOT physical • Positive attitude and work ethic • Able to work independently or as an active member of a team • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of our team General Labor Compensation • Starting Salary $18+/hour depending on experience • Monthly salary paid toward Health Insurance • Paid Sick and Vacation time starting immediately • Retirement contribution after 1 full calendar year
