We are NYC's number 1 luxury green cleaning company. We service some of the city's most spectacular homes in landmark buildings with a trained team of over 25 Cleaning Consultants who exceed client expectations with consistency.
We are seeking a Field Operations Supervisor to join the Zen Home Cleaning Team! You will be responsible for all aspects of our Cleaning Consultant Team, as well as ensuring client expectations are exceeded for their cleanings. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will be a key member of the Zen Home leadership team focused on continuing culture and achieving our goals!
Responsibilities:
1. Cleaning Consultant Team supervision including evaluation, training, assisting with challenging cleanings or clients, hiring, etc.
2. Working with key players to insure clear communication of cleaning and client details, as well as cultivation of referrals and reviews
3. Solving issues with cleanings as they are occurring so client expectations are exceeded.
4. This is not a desk job so ability to be on feet for many hours and travel throughout NYC using transit system is a must.
Qualifications:
1. 5 years of Management of a team in hospitality or related field
2. Ability to use App technology for communication with team
3. Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Power point)
4. Mastery of written and spoken English
5. Cleaning experience a plus but not required
Compensation is salary plus incentives. Salary range is 50-60K depending on experience with an additional money possible through meeting incentive objectives.
