Looking for some help with cleaning and light refurbishment of town home for sale or possible rent. Tasks may include yard work, housework, cleaning, moving items, cleaning and sanding doors, painting of walls and kitchen cabinets and potential remodel assist in various ways.
Expect initially to be 5-7 hours each day for six to ten days. Work schedule can be a bit flexible. Typical day is 11-6 weekdays and 9-5 weekends
