Renovate, maintain and update yard. Thatch, seed, trim, weed, mulch, and manicure. Do whatever is needed to manicure the yard. Must have experience and tools. De-thatcher can be rented. You can set your own hours and days, during the week or weekends. Can include mowing or not. $25 an hour. Hiring as an Independent Contractor. No drugs/alcohol.
