This is Axel. 5 year (almost 6 year) old, neutered, male, UTD, and microchipped. He is 47lbs. Free to a good home. No major behavioral issues or aggression. No bite history. Crate trained, potty trained, good with adults, good with dogs, good with older kids, never been around young children or cats so I can’t comment there. His two “issues” are that he has mild separation anxiety and is still learning not to jump on guests. He will try to dig at the door when you leave the house. Placing him in a crate before leave solves that issue as he doesn’t try to escape and keeps a clean crate. He is learning “off” because he gets so excited to meet friends. He ended up here because his previous owner had a stroke and can no longer physically care for him, so I took him to find a new home. Located in Raleigh, NC but willing to travel.
