Spiritual hour is all about connecting with your higher self in a community setting and enjoying reiki healing. Spiritual hour is all about connecting with your higher self in a community setting. Come as you are, receive group reiki, connect with other like minded individuals, explore your intuition, ask clarity questions, while enjoying snacks and beverages. This hour is a community gathering, ideally we will sit in a circle. Please bring mats/pillow/blanket if you choose to sit on the floor, otherwise I do have chairs available. Class begins with a meet and great, mantra, and theme to reflect on. Then everyone will find themselves in a comfortable position to meditate and receive reiki. Reiki will last for about 25 minutes. Finishing class with drinks and snacks, as we connect over all things metaphysical. Questions are welcomed and encourage. I will have crystals, oracle decks, and my pendulum out for guests to play with. All are welcome to join. No need to have any experience with reiki. All ages are welcomed. This space is wheelchair accessible.
