Connect with other guardianship/adoptive parents
Join WISAPSP staff for an all-day, in person workshop introducing the principles of TBRI® or Trust-Based Relational Intervention®. TBRI® is an attachment-based, trauma-informed intervention that is designed to meet the complex needs of vulnerable children. While the intervention is based on years of attachment, sensory processing, and neuroscience research, the heartbeat of TBRI® is connection. Learn more about TBRI® at https://child.tcu.edu/about-us/tbri/#sthash.HgqbIQYF.dpbs. This workshop will be facilitated by Justine Cleveland, Licensed Therapist and TBRI® Practitioner.
The workshop will take place at the Abbotsford Public Library from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM on Friday, June 10th, 2022. Snacks and lunch will be provided. Please indicate any food allergies in your registration. Please note that childcare will not be provided at this event as this workshop is designed for adults only. Each attendee will receive a Certificate of Attendance following this workshop. Register for this event by Tuesday, June 7th.
